Orders, visits and trade

Where is my order?
Every parcel is tracked; the link arrives by email when it leaves the lab. If nothing has moved after three working days, write with your order number and we chase the carrier.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until 14:00 on the day you placed it. After that it is usually already packed; return it unopened instead.
Do you sell to salons or pharmacies?
We supply eleven independent pharmacies in the Pays Basque. Write to the lab with the name of your shop for trade prices.
Can I visit the lab?
The shop counter at 9 Rue du Port-Vieux is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Bring an empty bottle and we refill it at the refill price.
