The big number is the dose. The small print is everything else.

The figure on each card is the share of the working ingredient by weight. Ten percent niacinamide means ten grams in every hundred. When two actives work together, both appear on the bottle and in the INCI list.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Metropolitan France: €3.90, two to three working days, free over €40. Rest of the EU: €7.50, three to five working days, free over €70. Orders placed before 14:00 leave Biarritz the same day.
Can I return a product I have opened?
Yes. Unopened products can come back within 30 days for a full refund. If a product you have opened irritates your skin, tell us within 14 days and we refund it — no need to post it back.
Which size should I start with?
Start with the smaller size of any serum. A 30 ml bottle lasts about ten weeks at one pipette a day; the 50 ml Dew Serum lasts about four months.
Are your products safe in pregnancy?
Everything except the Retinal Night Emulsion. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, skip retinal and ask your midwife about azelaic acid before starting.
Do you offer samples?
Every order includes two 2 ml samples of your choice. Write the names in the order note and we slip them in.
